Claiming your American Bladesmith Society membership

Your course purchase includes your first annual membership to the American Bladesmith Society.

The Bill Moran School of Bladesmithing submits new memberships to the ABS once per week except during holidays, and memberships must also be processed by the ABS. For that reason, it may take up to two weeks to officially receive your ABS membership. Once you receive a confirmation email from the ABS, you will need to reset your password to gain access to your account.

Please note that American Bladesmith Society memberships expire on December 31 each year and are processed as follows:

• If your membership is activated January 1-August 31, your membership will expire on December 31 of the same year.
• If your membership is activated August 31-December 31, your membership will expire on December 31 of the following year.
